At this year´s bauma trade fair, the Ulm-based software and systems vendor, FRITZ & MACZIOL, will have its own stand for the first time. In Hall B0.304, the leading provider of software solutions for the binder and bulk goods industry is presenting three basic materials product lines: VAS® shipping automation system, Mobile Quality Control for both quality control and quality assurance as well as the internet portal for used construction machinery, www.Dozerland.com. The presentation of these complex high-performance systems once more underlines the expertise and experience FRITZ & MACZIOL provides as a partner of companies in the construction sector.

The VAS® modular standard software, which has been developed by FRITZ & MACZIOL, provides a fully automatic control system for shipping and unloading of basic materials and bulk goods. Integrated features range from order entries to deliveries and includes the printing of delivery notes. The exchange of master file and order data takes place via XML interfaces to the higher-level SAP system. The platform-independence ERP through Java technology and an open interface structure ensures flexible integration in any IT system and, due to its modular structure, VAS® can be adapted the meet all company requirements. Supplementary modules for logistics, information management, invoicing and security provide a powerful, customized and complete VAS® software solution.

The second highlight on the FRITZ & MACZIOL stand is the Mobile Quality Control software – a system for both quality control and quality assurance. This powerful Quality Data Manager provides transparency and reliable levels of quality within a company. The system offers users the possibility to collect data on the site when servicing machines. The data is centrally administered in a flexible database. By scanning a barcode, the service engineer calls up a dynamic list of maintenance tasks to be carried out on each machine. Statistical evaluations, data management and workflow components such as notification when exceeding a tolerance or “forgetting” to do a job, are also available. A special feature allows Mobile Quality Control authorized users or customers to dynamically create statistics using a web browser. The total amount of maintenance costs and materials, the compilation of measured data during past months, and other quality reports are accessible via the intranet or internet. This guarantees effective quality control regardless of time and location.

Together with industry experts, FRITZ & MACZIOL has developed an electronic market place for the trading of used construction machinery. Of course, at Dozerland.com buyers and sellers can meet at any time, day and night. The well structured, clearly designed portal provides sellers a simple and easy way of presenting their machinery. If required, an additional function allows this to be integrated into the company website. The information can be automatically managed and updated from existing systems by using online data synchronisation.
